As 2020 comes to a close, Speedway Children’s Charities – Las Vegas Chapter isn’t letting COVID-19 get in the way of holiday fundraising. Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is back this year to host visitors through a 2.5-mile drive-thru course featuring five million twinkling LED lights, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting SCC – Las Vegas. This event, combined with the annual PJ 5K, makes up the largest portion of annual funds for the Las Vegas chapter, which is on pace for a record-breaking year. Over the last 10 years, Glittering Lights has contributed nearly $1 million dollars to the Las Vegas Chapter!  Glittering Lights is open nightly until Jan. 10, 2021.

In addition to the HOLIDAY light show, SCC – Las Vegas is raffling off two one-of-a-kind holiday Zoom experiences. For a $10 donation, fans have the chance to win a five- to 10-minute Zoom call with Santa who will read your kids the story, “Twas the Night Before Christmas” or a 20-minute virtual meet-and-greet with Elsa from Frozen! Elsa will talk with your kids, share a virtual story, answer questions and sing a little song just for your family! The winner will be selected during a live drawing that will be broadcast on the chapter's Facebook page on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020 at 12 Noon PT. There is no limit to how many entries you may purchase. Visit the Las Vegas Chapter's web page to get enter the raffle.
