#GivingTuesday occurs on November 29 this year and kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. It is the global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and is celebrated the Tuesday following the U.S.'s Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

SCC Kentucky doesn't limit your donations to just this date though. We take donations year-round on our website, over the phone or in person during regular business hours.

  • Donations via credit card are also taken over the phone by calling Dayna Winslette at 859-567-3417
  • We also accept cash, check and credit card donations in person at Kentucky Speedway (1 Speedway Drive, Sparta, KY 41086)

To celebrate #GivingTuesday, SCC Kentucky is offering a great prize package to one lucky donor. Through November 29, anyone who makes a donation to the Kentucky Chapter will be entered into a drawing for a Louisville Slugger prize package. The package includes a certificate for one (1) Natural Finish personalized Louisville Slugger bat (a great Christmas present, we must admit) and four (4) complimentary Single Admission Passes to Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory in Louisville, KY. As you can see in the photo, your tour will also include a free mini-bat.

All donations to SCC Kentucky are tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt from SCC Kentucky for tax purposes.

Also, if you choose to make a donation as a gift to someone else (making a donation in lieu of giving that person a Christmas, birthday or anniversary gift, for example), you can request a certificate to recognize this donation to give to that person by providing the person's name, type of gift and other applicable information in the "Purpose" box on the donation form or by e-mailing Dayna Winslette at [email protected].
