SCC Atlanta Grant Evaluation Form

When Speedway Children’s Charities awards a grant, we hope that the grant will have a positive impact on children in our community. This report is our primary opportunity to measure the achievements of the projects we support, and we use your results and feedback to determine where our funds have the best effect on children’s lives and what types of programs are best suited to our goals.

We are aware that your project may still be in progress, but we ask that you briefly answer the questions as they apply to your program up to this point. We are not only interested in what contributed to the success of your project, but also the challenges you face in reaching your ultimate goal.
