Join Speedway Children’s Charities for the 2nd Annual Trunk or Track Speedway Bash presented by ECMD at North Wilkesboro Speedway. This family-friendly event is the perfect opportunity to bring the family out for a night of joy, laughter, and celebration. If you want to join the fun of decorating your Vehicle or a Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway Pit Stall, please register below! For those looking to join the fun as a guest, feel free to join us from 4:00-7:00 pm on Oct 30th for free!
The best-decorated trunk/pit stall will receive (4) weekend passes to the 2026 Window World 400 race at North Wilkesboro Speedway!
Important Information:
- Trunk Contest: $25
- One Vehicle in a 10x10 area
- Pit Stall Contest: $50
- Up to two vehicles in a 10x20 area
- Local Business/Organization: $35
- Business/Organization is allowed to distribute candy or SCC-approved promotional items(not eligible for contest winnings, and no product sales)
- Event Sponsor: $1,000
- Includes one pit stall to decorate (pit stall is fit two 10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent and or room for two vehicles) or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items. Company logo displayed in event, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
- Meal Sponsor: $2,000
- Includes one pit stall to decorate or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items (pit stall will fit two10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent or will hold two vehicles). Company logo displayed in event, on all food trucks, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
- Hayride Sponsor: $2,500
- Includes one pit stall to decorate or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items (pit stall will fit two10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent or will hold two vehicles). Company logo displayed in event, banner displayed on the side of each trailer, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
- Presenting Sponsor: $5,000
- Includes two pit stalls to decorate or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items (one pit stall will fit two10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent or will hold two vehicles). Company logo displayed on welcome banner at event, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
- Title Sponsor: $7,500
- Includes (4) Four pit stalls to decorate (pit stall will fit two 10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent and or room for two vehicles) at Start Finish Line of NWS, set up a promotional display and provide promotional items. Company logo displayed in event, opportunity to address the crowd, logos on all promotional materials and on webpage. Opportunity to announce the winners of the Trunk Contest and the Pit Stall Contest.
