The Las Vegas Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities provides funds to organizations that meet the needs of children throughout Southern Nevada. We can best affect children’s lives by supporting organizations that work tirelessly to see that children’s needs are met and that no child is left behind regardless of illness, social environment or disability. In 2023, SCC Las Vegas distributed $520K in grants to 83 local child-related organizations. Since our inception in 1982, Speedway Children's Charities has donated more than $65 million to local organizations, benefitting children across America.
Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for funding from the Las Vegas Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities if you are an existing 501(c)(3) non-profit charity whose primary focus is children. SCC is adopting a new focus and priority for giving. Priority consideration will be given to organizations helping the homeless, orphan and foster population, and victims of sex trafficking. All applications will receive consideration and all eligible organizations are encouraged to apply.
Our 2024 grant cycle will be posted here by early-May. Our cut off to submit grant applications will be August 31, 2024.
