Speedway Children’s Charities invites you to North Wilkesboro Speedway’s Inaugural Trunk or Track Speedway Bash. This family-friendly event is a perfect opportunity to bring the family out for a night of games, candy, food and fun for all ages. If you want to join the fun in participating in decorating your vehicle or a Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway Pit Stall, please register below! For those looking to join the fun as a guest, feel free to join us from 4pm-7pm – it’s free!

We will have a contest looking for the best decorated trunk or pit stall! Winners will receive weekend passes to the 2025 NASCAR All-Star Race.

Important Information:

• Candy Station Only: $10
• Personal vehicle that will not be entering the contest.
• Trunk Contest: $25
• One vehicle (must be set up by 3pm for judging).
• Winner receives 2 weekend passes to the 2025 NASCAR All Star race.
• Pit Stall Contest: $50
• Two vehicles or one larger display (must be set up 3pm for judging).
• Winner will receive 4 weekend passes to the NASCAR 2025 All Star race.
• Please provide a short description of your decorations for the stall in the comment section of the form.
• Local Business or Non-Profit: (10 x 10 area): $40 | (10 x 20 area): $75
• Promotional products/candy giveaways only – no sales.
• All promotional giveaways must be SCC approved.
• Please provide short description of giveaways or promotional materials from your organzation in the comment section of this form.
• Event Sponsor: $1,000
• Includes one pit stall to decorate (pit stall is fit two 10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent and or room for two vehicles) or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items.
• Company logo displayed in event, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
• Train Rides: $1,200
• Little Mtn Railroad Train will be providing rides for children.
• Includes one pit stall to decorate or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items (pit stall will fit two10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent or will hold two vehicles).
• Company logo displayed in event, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
• Food Sponsor: $1,200
• We would like an opportunity to giveaway popcorn/hot dogs to the first 1,000 kids.
• Includes one pit stall to decorate or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items (pit stall will fit two10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent or will hold two vehicles).
• Company logo displayed in event, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
• Presenting Sponsor: $2,500
• Includes two pit stalls to decorate or set up a promotional display and provide promotional items (one pit stall will fit two10x10 tents or one 10x20 tent or will hold two vehicles).
• Company logo displayed on welcome banner at event, on all promotional materials and on webpage.
• Opportunity to announce the winners of the Trunk Contest and the Pit Stall Contest.

This is a free event for the community, so please be prepared with at least 2,500 pieces of candy to be given away. The event will last 3 hours. No vehicle will be allowed to leave before the event is closed due to safety on the track.
