Get in the holiday spirit and help children in need this year! Here are some ways you can support Speedway Children's Charities and get ready for the holidays.
1. Eggnog Jog 5K - The Eggnog Jog is an event for everyone on Saturday, November 19. This is a non-timed fun run that does NOT require you to chug eggnog, we just thought it was fun to say! You can run or walk the 5k course that will include Christmas lights, a tunnel of lights, lights to music, and many more lights! We encourage participants to bring the family and strollers do get in free (no pets allowed though, sorry!). Portion of the proceeds benefit Speedway Children's Charities.
2. Get your Christmas tree! Windy Ridge Christmas Trees will be located right across from the main entrance of Charlotte Motor Speedway. Get your Christmas tree from them and a portion will be donated to Speedway Children's Charities. Get your tree starting on Saturday, November 19.
3. Black Friday Blowout - Don't miss the Black Friday Blowout on Friday, November 25 at Charlotte Motor Speedway! For a $25 donation to Speedway Children's Charities you can drive you car on the famed CMS NASCAR track. Get there between 8 A.M. and 4 P.M. on the second floor of Smith Tower to check off this bucket list opportunity.
